• Please read these Terms & Conditions (Terms, Terms of Service) carefully before placing a game order.  Your access to and use of the purchase service on this site is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms.  These Terms apply to all visitors and customers using this site.
• If you choose to purchase South Pacific Adventures, “The Island Game” ™ made available on this site, you must place the order through PayPal.com and accept that certain personal information will be shared through the PayPal purchase process.
• Regarding our product return policy: once a game has been purchased and shipped to the customer, the sale is final, the only exception to this is in the event that the game has not been opened and remains contained within the original factory installed shrink wrap.  In this event, game return shipping must be paid by the customer.  Any refund will not be made until the returned product is received and deemed to be in factory original condition.
